Grant and Rachel own Restaurant COMO in Blaxland. Grant has won a Chefs hat , for the third year in a row and Rachel has just won the coverted award for the best Hostess in N.S.W. Well done guys.

FIRSTS
Passionfruit-cured Kingfish, warm salad of Queensland prawns, crispy quail egg, avocado and quince pearls, cucumba riata

Barramundi
Roast fillet of Burramundi, crisp zucchini flower and scallop mousse, dutch carrots, vanilla pomme puree, citrus air.

Lamb
Cowra lamb, crumbed lamb neck, parsnip, grilled shitake mushrooms, fried shallot, gremolata butter.

Cleanser
Yummy cold cleanser

Born in 1949 and christened John Handel Lawson Cutler, I am the fourth generation of my family to take up the tailor's shears. I joined the family business straight from school at 16 years of age. Even before then I had always shown a very keen interest in bespoke tailoring and shirt making.
